We at SaddleDrunk travel are looking forward to joining you on your Company ride from Paris to London. In preparation for this we need to complete a few admin tasks. Please could you complete the following 4 tasks…

1) Booking form

Please could you complete the booking form and then submit

2) Authorisation to transport your bike

Could you also download and complete the attached form, print it, sign it and bring it along with you when you hand over your bike to us in London. We need this in case we get stopped at Customs and they think we are importing a load of bikes into the EU. We will not be able to take your bike without this

3) Disclaimer form

As with the bike form, please download, complete, print and sign and bring along with your bike. We will not be able to allow you on the ride without this
